Default Whirlpool oven ,I can't get the baking element out
Brand: Whirlpool
Age: More than 10 years

My bake element went out in my oven. I bought a replacement but cannot get the screws out to remove the old one! The screws won't even move! Is there a tool you can suggest?

The screws are stripped and I don't know how to remove them! Please help!

Maybe grind the screw head off without damaging the screw holder thing and then punch the screw through.
