Default Water damage
Brand: Whirlpool
Age: 5 - 10 years

Glass dish with 5 cups of water broke on top of stove, water all over. Touch pad below range that controls oven goes bonkers. I unplug and let dry out two days. When plugged back in, red blinking 'LOCK' is on. Oven door will not open and no touch buttons function. Whirlpool brand ss385peeb. Do I need a pro to come out?

There may still be some water trapped between the membrane and the control.

If you are not handy you may want to have someone come and have a look at it.

Here is a link to your range model ss385peeb0.
