Oven Works Fine
Does This Mean I Need A New Back Assembly Panel?

If the oven is working and the time is being displayed do not worry about the fault code.

What Do I Do About The Continuous Flashing And Beeping?

I would disconnect/reconnect the plugs/harnesses to both boards.
Check them for any sign of corrosion (often a brown coating on the pins)
Clean with a toothbrush and a little electronics contact cleaner
Make sure they are dry before reconnecting
If you have a ribbon cable from the touch-pad to the control PCB, the edge connection can be cleaned gently with a pencil eraser. Do not use an ink eraser.
