the convection wheel is rubbing loudly and sometimes either won't come on or just shuts off on it's own. I am trying to dismantle the convection wheel so that I can clean the parts so that they don't rub, but the set screw is not budging. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

from being in the heat all that time sometimes the set screw may not come out. try putting some pentrating oil on the screw and let it soak for some time.
