The upper oven of our double wall oven is not working. All the display lights are on. The lower oven (not electronic) works fine. The circuit breaker has not been tripped; I don't know where the fuses are.

Can you please verify your model number as I can not locate it in our database?

The model number should be on the edge of the oven where the door closes on a tag with the serial number.

If the lower oven is working then there is no trouble with the fuses.

Check the wiring of the upper oven.
