Default TrueTemp Stove-Oven won't heat above warm
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JBP78WY2
Age: 5 - 10 years

When I turn my oven on Bake, for instance, to 350 degrees, or Broil, it will not heat above a warm temperature. The self-cleaning does not work either. The cooktop range works fine.
It hasn't worked in over a year and I had previously found information on the web that suggested that it might be the control panel. GE parts gave me the part number of WB27810022, however, they don't give repair advise.
I haven't been able to find any information again about it, so I wanted to verify.
Thank you.

You will have to check to see if one of the element is burnt out.

If you don't have a meter you can take them out and have them tested.

The resistance of the element will be 16 ohms if it is a 3600 watt element.

If the wattage is higher the resistance will be lower.

Unplug the range before you remove the elements.

Check the wiring to make sure that a wire has not burnt off.

Here is a link to your range model JBP78WY2.
