Control panel is stuck on cleaning cycle (but nothing works), and key pad doesn't work. Top burners work, but oven doesn't. There is constant beep that drives me crazy. There is error code F2E0. I had to unplug it from the wall. Everything at the back looks OK. I searched forum to pin point the problem, but no luck.
How do I check if touch pad or control board is a problem?

if it beeps constantely your touch panel is shorted, control bd should b good
