Model # TGF657BFB1 - Main top36-3692-32-01 (PS471593), if significant

Does anyone have a possibe solution, other than purchasing a new main top for for my chrome and black gas range.
PROBLEM: The four (eyes)??( the four recessed circles on top of stove) that hold the trays on my main top have rusted, possibly due to water/boil overs/etc., collecting under eye tray.
I have tried every possible rust removal....
Do you know of a paint that can be used on stoves????

You would have to use a high heat paint but you would not get the shine that is on the original top because the paint is baked on.

The best thing to do is replace the top.
