Default Tempature will not go above 350 with bottom pan in
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JGBP26WEW1WW
Age: More than 10 years

Removed bottom pan/heatspreader hits preheat 400-450 within 10 minutes put bottom pan back in will not go above 350 period. tried as long 45 minites. thx for any help.

It sounds like there is some kind of air restriction.

You should have a qualified gas technician have a look at this.
