Default SuperBA oven error after cleaning
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KGST307HBL9
Age: 1 - 4 years

Controller display says "er" after Auto-Clean:
Oven will not punch in above 260 deg. If I try anything above 260 deg to bake or broil- it will display er "error?" on the degree display. It will come on and bake at some wild hot temp if I hit 260 but thats about it. KitchenAid says some parts may still be under warrenty but not the Warrenty repair- Still trying to contact someone there for parts. Tech says temp thermocouple and probably the controller at over $600. Are these prices in line?? is the controller at $300 value?

Here is a link to your range model KGST307HBL9.

The control is number 2 on the control breakdown.

The temperature sensor is number 22 on the oven breakdown.
