Question Spark ingitor module bad?
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JGP336
Age: 5 - 10 years

A couple of weeks ago I went to turn on one of the gas burners. It lit ok ,but when I adjusted the burner the ignitor stayed on. Then I turned off the burner and the ignitor was still on. In the process of turning that burner on and off (the only thing that I could do at the time to get it to stop) the ignitors on the other burners started to fire! Finially I just turned off the electrical breaker to the stove-top. I was about to go on vacation for a week and left it with no electricity while I was gone. When I got back I turned back on the electricity and it seens to be working ok. Do I have a problem? Should I replace the Spark module or another component?
