Default Smell from electric stove
Brand: White-Westinghouse
Model Number: KF400GDW7
Age: 5 - 10 years

looks like mice usedd our stove for a toilet this winter while we were away - eveytime we use the oven it smells like urine. we cleaned the oven and the part underneath the burners but it still remains - there is a section of stove between the top of the oven and below the part underneath the burners - must be some insulation in there that has been contaminated. is there a way into that part of the stove ???? thanks for any help -

What you will have to do is take the stove all apart.

Start at the back of the stove and go from there.

Here is a exploded view of your stove model KF400GDW7.
