The self-cleaning feature has stopped working. Is this something that can be fixed by an enthusiastic DIYer?

Just in case you have misplaced the manual here is a link to it

There is a good chance that a switch is not operating correctly on the door latch
The oven then does not know that the door is locked and will not allow a self clean
