Default Self Cleaning Gas Range
Brand: Caloric
Model Number: RSL399-N4
Age: More than 10 years

I am the owner of a Caloric Gas Range. It has the bottom stove, 4 burner top and another stove on top.......it is 34 years old and we never had a problem with it...my wife loves the fact that there are 2 stoves.....well...now we have a problem....we had friends over for dinner and they said that they smelled gas....we never did....the next day I called Keyspan and they set a mechanic over to check for a gas leak....sure enough he found a leak and was surprised that my wife and I never smelled it.....he shut the gas supply to the stove and wrote up a report stating that the manifold on the left side of the stove had a gas leak and needed to be replaced....I went on line to Caloric but they do not recognize the model number.....can you help me?

Where did you get the model number?

Is the model number off the tag with the serial number?

Can you check the model number and provide the serial number?
