Self Cleaning does not work

The self-cleaning function on my frigidaire range does not work. I select the self-cleaning button and the range will show the digital numbers and then it does not start to clean. I have 2 of the exact same model and neither one of them will self-clean. I am doing something wrong? Please help!!!

Check in your owners manual for the correct procedure for the self-clean.
