Default Replacing oven element

I am about to replace my baking element in my oven which is rated at 250v. I could only find a replacement rated at 240v. Will this suffice or do I need the 250v element. From what I understand your stove only puts out 240volts so everything should work in theory. Right???
Thanks for your time.

Rick

That's less than 5% lower than rated, should be ok. Only time this could be a probem is when the incoming voltage is 10% higher.
