Default Replaced Bake Element, still doesnt heat
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: gbs277pds4
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi, I have a 27 inch Whirlpool electric oven and a few weeks ago, the bake element would not heat up. The Broil element works fine, so I purchased and Installed a new bake element. This new element will not heat up either. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help. Thanks

Default Bake element not working.

I had the same situation shortly after I purchased my Kitchenaid range. Everytime I self clean my oven I blow a fuse. The first time it happened I didn't know it was a fuse and called a repair man $200 later and a $10.00 fuse it was working again fine.
