Replace ceramic class Brand: Whirlpool Model Number: GJC3034hp4 Age: 5 - 10 years Erm, I mean glass.
Thanks to a moment of unbridled stupidity (and lack of counter space) I now have a lovely hole in my ceramic cooktop and a huge crack in the glass running from one side to the other. The burners are fine though.
How difficult is it to replace the glass top on this model? If it is relatively easy, how would I go about doing it?
(FWIW, this particular cooktop is the one that has the knobs staggered up the right side, not all four down in the corner. The 2500ish watt burner is on the front left side.)
