Replace bake element

The bake element appears to have gone bad. Can a replacement part be found in a store or do I have to order it? Is it easy to replace for a novice? Any help would be great. Thanks!

You can get it at an appliance parts store or on-line. compare the prices with shipping and how long it'll take you to get it. It is a simple remove two screws job. Here's a diagram which may help. Frigidaire FEF316BSC Parts List
