Default Refrigerator freezer motor replacement
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MFF2557HEW
Age: 1 - 4 years

Maytag French door MFF2557HEW:
I am replacing the evaporator fan motor. The old motor was cased and had a circuit board, which I assume has been eliminated (right?). The new part from PartSelect (order 941311) is just a motor/coil without a board.
Question: How to connect the wiring harness? There are two identical lugs on the coil, one away from the motor and one toward it; which one gets the blue wire, which the white? Thanks for your help.

Default

It does not matter which wire goes where either way will work.
