Default Range trips breaker
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: ?
Age: More than 10 years

Older GE drop in electric range, tripped the breaker and that was it, no smoke or other problems. Checked the breaker and that is ok, pulled it out and found no smoked wires, any ideas

Default

Unplug unit and check resistance of heating elements...Then check for shorts. You will need an ohm tester...
