Unhappy Range Self Cleaning Oven
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: FEFL77ABE
Age: 1 - 4 years

I have a frigidaire smooth top range w/ self cleaning oven. The last time I tried to clean it, there was a noise as the door was locking and a trouble of F9 showed on the control panel. I kept pushing buttons and it finally locked and cleaned. This time, the same thing happened, the clean sign appeared on the control panel, followed by the F9 message beeping. The oven door locked and I kept pushing buttons until the door locked light finally went off and I was able to open the door. This took quite a bit of time before I could get the door opened. It never started the clean cycle.

Thanks.
M. Jacobs
