Default Range repair
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JBP26
Age: More than 10 years

Oven was working fine, main oven quit and broiler came on, then quit, time and other displays quit. Opened top access, no burnt wires, reset breaker: nothing.burners and oven light still work....does a $100 clock control panel sound like the culprit?

Now this is a bit weird..........before the message, I turned the breakers off, waited.nothing. So, I pulled out the range, opened the back (pulled the plug this time) tightened what I could see.Nothing appeared loose.....voiila!.now its working again.......who knows.......will run it an hour or so to check it........
