Default Range problems
Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: RGB745
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hi ! i'm new to this so i'm not sure how it works. I have a
Hot Point Gas Range model RGB745 about two years old. Last Saturday We had a bad lightning storm, the following day the upper portion of the stove the gas burners and the part that lights the gas burners works just fine. The clock and oven and the parts that light the gas burners will not work. I fliped the breackers back and forth and unplugged the stove but the oven, clock nor the gas strickers still do not work. Any suggestions or help will be appreciated.
Thanks r

The storm has likely damage the clock control.

The clock control all the functions of the oven.

Can you please supply the rest of your model number?

Check and see if you are getting 120 volts to the clock.

Then check and see if you get 120 volts coming out of the clock.

The wiring diagram should be in the control panel.

Here is a link to your range model RGB745WEH1WW.
