I have a Kenmore range (electric) and it was working just fine but all of a sudden, when I turn on the oven, at a high temperature (over 400) it shuts off. Can someone please help!

It sounds like there may be a problem with the control.
Can you please supply your model number?
The model number is found on a tag on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes.

Do you loss power or does the heat just shut off?
If you set it to a lower temperature will it heat?

The power shuts off. When I set it at a lower temperature, it doesn't shut off...
