Hello,
I recently purchased a second hand range hood from a model home auction. It is the right size, however there is currently a hole in the top for vertical ventilation. I don't have the duct to accommodate this. I see there is convertible to Non-Vented Operation w/Optional Recirculation Kit# 4396388. Is this what I need if I want it to vent horizontally, or is there another part that I need? Thanks for any help you can provide.

This range hood can only be vented vertically or vent inside with the recirculation kit.
