I Have A Frig.range And The Switches To The Burners Are Giving
A Code Of F5. Have Any Ideas What It Might Be?

The F 5 code stands for a failed control/clock.

Here is a link to the parts of your range model 79099013102.

Check the connection on the control.

If the connection are good replace the control/clock.
