Depends where the stem broke off, but to repair it will be a a custom job
What I like to call jiggery pokery

Could try an electronics shop but often the devices used on the boards are not readily available and may take some time

I have seen Sheila mention a place that does repair boards but I do not know the turn around time or costs involved

Appliance repair is usually module replacement not down to components

So odds look good you will need a new timer/clock

I was able to pull this plastic "straw like" piece away from the actual stem of the clock. I would think a simple 25 ? cent piece would be available rather than having to replace a whole $235.00 control panel! Could it be that this plastic piece comes attached to a new knob? It doesn't look like it in the picture of the replacement knob, but thought I should ask.

Here is a link that may help
Whirlpool RS6750XVN1 Parts List

If you click on the picture of the knob you will get a larger view
I do not see anything that looks like a straw
Did this straw fit over the control shaft which is part of the control panel and then over the shaft that fits into the knob

Did you buy this stove new?
Could it be that this knob broke in the past and someone found a piece of tubing which fits tightly onto the shaft and used this as a splice to fix the break

To be honest that is something I would have tried since trying to glue it might glue the shaft to the control and ruin it.

"straw" slides over the shaft and pushs into the knob. It is black in color like knob. Range was purchased new and not previously repaired

If it fits tight over the control shaft perhaps try gluing it into the knob
If this can be done, clean it good with isopropyl alcohol, rough up the surfaces to be glued and use epoxy on it

Good Luck
