 Problem with oven latch Brand: Whirlpool Model Number: RDB305PD81 Age: Please select
This is a new symptom of an old problem. It appears my oven is sticking itself in self-cleaning mode. But now that it's cooled, the latch buzzes but the oven doesn't go out of that mode - until I get an error and F5. Attempts to close the oven or clear out the error just bring back the buzzing latch - it's like the latch is incompletely opening. Is there some intelligence built into the board that might be affected by the latch not completely opening? I've held the latch open and the problem doesn't go away. Any other ideas would be appreciated - thanks. |
