Porcelain stove top scratched

Our Jennair dual-fuel range was scratched by a maid service. Can these stove tops be replaced? Is there any way to repair this kind of stovetop? If it can be replaced, where do I find the price and availability of the part? Thanks.

The top can be replaced.
