Is it all the top burners or just on one side?

Is the oven heating to the proper temperature?

Can you please verify your model number?

Is this a Canadian model?

Sheila,

Thanks for responding! None of the burners work, as far as I can tell the oven is reaching the proper temperatrure...I baked some bread right after this happened at the recommended temperature and time and it turned out great. I double checked the model# and it was RJE302BN...the serial # is F44218218. I'm not sure if it's a canadian model or not.

Thanks!

Mike

Unplug the range and have a look at the wiring I would have to say that a wire burnt off.

Here is a link to range model RJE302bw1.

The model is not an exact match but is close.
