Default Oven won't work after replacing heating element
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: jbp240wi
Age: 5 - 10 years

I replaced the heating element because the element would not go off. It had a place in it where it was separated. Replaced that and oven turned off but now will not heat up and neither will the broiler. Help?

That model # that you gave is not correct. Take alook at the tag. Do you have a manual clock, or electronic clock. I could be reached at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
