Do you mean that it can not be turned off or do you mean that the temperature keep climbing.

Are you getting any codes?

Here is a link to your oven model RB260PXBB2.

When I turn it on to preheat the temp keeps climbing until I push cancel (stop). The oven beeps when it reaches preheat temp at 350 degrees, but temp keeps climbing after that, with no fault codes.

When I set to preheat to 350 degrees and push start, the oven beeps when it hits 350 . Then the oven keeps on heating until I hit cancel then it shuts off with no fault codes. The oven says "heat" until 350 then the "heat" indicator shuts off but the element stays on until I press cancel

It sounds like the control has gone bad again.
