Default Oven won't reach desired temperature.
Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: RGB746HED2WH
Age: 1 - 4 years
Oven won't reach desired temperature, it never gets hot enough. The stove-top burners work fine. Is it a defective thermostat?? Where should I go first?

Thanks for any help you can offer

Start with glow ignitor.
