Default Oven wont light
Brand: Hotpoint
Model Number: RGB532BEW2AD
Age: 5 - 10 years

When I turn on the oven the ignitor lights up, but the oven will not light. I just replaced the regulator and made sure all valves are turned on.

Are you getting any gas smell?

See if you have power to the safety valve.

Here is a link to your range model RGB532BEW2AD.

If you are unsure of how to check the valve we suggest that you have a qualified gas technician look at your range.
