Ready light staying on but heat still coming on when you turn it up sounds like the temperature probe is probably working but there's a possible problem in the control. Not maintaining temp could also be due to a bad control, it could be a bad probe, it could be a bad gas valve, igniter, or regulator. If all these problems are related together then that would pretty much point to just the control. Its an expensive part to just make a guess on though. You may even want to just try unplugging the wires from the control and plugging them back in, particularly the wires going to the temperature probe. These work off a resistance reading, so a bad connection on them could create issues like this.

If I was checking it out after making sure I had good connections I don;t know what your resitive reading to that probe should be, but I'd at least take an ohms reading on it with a meter and make sure I was reading something other than no reading or a 0 ohms reading from it in the least. Then I'd stick a temperature probe in the oven and watch it, when the temp drops to a point where it should be calling for heat again I'd have a meter at the igniter to see if it was at least telling it to try and heat. If it wasn't then I'd be taking a closer look at that control board.

If it was mine personaly, and I had to replace the control I'd put a new probe in it to go with the new control. If it was someone else paying the bill I'd leave the option up to them. 10 years old and that probe could easily be off.

Before you start replacing parts. There is a good possibility that you can adjust the temperature yourelf. It is hard to tell by the picture of your control board, but ig you have the book on the oven, check it out and see. If not, try this, hold down the bake button for 5 to 10 seconds and see if a zero comes up. If so hit the up or down button, and it will adjust you temp for you. If that doesn't work set the oven to 500 degrees, and let it come on, and then hold the bake button in for 5 to 10 seconds and see if the zero comes up. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

If the ready light is staying on while its actually heating, and its not maintaining its temperature then your beyond just a calibration issue, but certainly isn't going to hurt anything to try. If it was just a calibration issue then when you increased the temperature setting that ready light would go back out till the set temperature was reached, even if the actual calibration was off.
