I have a problem with my oven. The oven does not get up to temperature. I have not checked to see if the proper voltage at the element but if it is not correct what are the steps to take to repair it. Also The dual burner isnt working properly. . The small element works fine but the larger element surrounding the small element goes max heat no matter what setting you have it on. Would that be the switch part #9753500? Any info would be greatley appreciated!!

The switch is your problem, and depending on how much the oven is off on temperature, you might need a oven sensor. Also check your instruction book, you should be able to adjust the temperature on your clock control board. If you need me you can reach me at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
