Oven will not turn on, touch pad does not operate

electric cook top, i've had nothing but problems with it since it was purchased aprox 5 years ago. the cook top works but the oven does not, and the touch pad does not register anything help! easter weekend!!

Is the clock displaying the time?

Does it beep when you press the pad?
