The clock display keeps reseting back to 9:40. when you touch oven temp, the display starts to blink and oven will not turn on. When you hit oven cancel it resets back to 9:40. Is it the timer board thats bad?

It sounds like you may have a stuck key on the clock/control.

You may have to replace the clock assembly.
