You can set tempature in bake or broil but oven does not heat up, clock works fine and display shows bake or broil is on.

You are missing one phase of your power, check for 230 volts at the back where the pigtail comes in. If ok you may have a blown thermal fuze.

Checked it out and it was just like you said.Thanks for the info. They used twist caps that were to small and one connection came loose.
