Hi,
I just purchased a new Dacor oven to replace my Thermador oven. I am very disappointed that this new oven vents into the kitchen. My old over vented outside. Are oven that vent outside still made? If so, where can I get one. If not, can I modify the Dacor I have currently to vent outside?

I don't know of any that vent to the outside anymore.

As far a modifying the new one the fan is not likely strong enough to oven the air that fare.

This may effect the operation of the oven.

This would also void your warranty.
