Once my oven reaches the correct temperture, it fails to continue to maintain the temp. While all the electronic settings look like they are working, something is turning the the elements off so the oven cools off. (Happend on Thanksgiving with 18 people as guests). I can reset the temperture and the same thing happens over and over again.

Any suggestions to what is defective?

Can you please verify your model number?

The model number is found on a tag on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes.
