(Sorry to re-post but I didn't get an answer - probably because of the holidays.)

The oven lights but the temperature is erratic. When the oven is off, the fan stays on. (I got the fan to go off by removing the sensor and shorting across the leads.)

The sensor checks OK at 1.1 k Ohms at room temp and the resistence increases when heated - if that is indeed what it should do.

I saw a couple of other posts where the tech proposed that if the sensor checks out, it is probably the clock. (They sometimes referred to it as the "control.") Does it sound to you as if the clock is the problem in my case?

And if it is the clock what is the specific part number? (I saw two different ones listed. PS132062 and PS132080.)

Is the flame erratic or just the temperature?

To determine the clock that is for your range you will need your serial number.
