Got the new sensor installed finally. Now my oven works again! It is about 25 degrees F lower than what it says it is according to a thermometer I put on the rack. It may have always been like that though, I never tested it before until it was screwing up. So anyways its better now, so at least I don't have to get a new stove.

Thats great. I sent my clock/control in to a place in Canada to be repaired. They shipped it back out to me yesterday, so I should know if my oven will work next week.

Where in Canada did you send your board out? How much did it cost (shipping, repair, etc.)? How long did it take to get fixed?

Shipping took over a week, the repair took about two days, still waiting to receive the package as of March 22.

Mine's fixed as well.

I took out the old thermostat. The temperature sensing bulb of the thermostat was working fine, but it was the actual switch that bulb presses when it expands that was not working. The switch made no click from out to in, so failed internally.

Anyways, the whole stove cost me about 400 dollars, and the frigging new thermostat was 130 dollars. (General Electric) What an obscene mark up on parts cost. I imagine if you rebuild a stove one part at a time it would cost in and around 3 billion dollars.
