 Oven takes hours to get to temp Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Hi all
I have a Whirlpool Gas Range (LP)
the oven was fine until I got a gas delivery and my one child messed with the cut off.
It seems the oven is lit and running I hear the gas running and I smell fumes (co not gas) the ignitor is working and when I pulled the drawer I saw the burner lit but it was "popping" like there was air in the lines.
Last weekend I found the little one had moved the cut off and almost had the gas off on the oven. I opened it and the oven was working better for about an hour.
now again you turn it on and it goes to lo. after like 30 minutes it says 180 then will climb every 5 minutes to 280 then it just stops. cant get it any higher.
what can it be. |
