my oven for a while seemed like it would take a little longer than should to bake things. well then just yesterday I put something in at 350 for an hour and then went to pull it out it was still ice cold. when I turn the oven on it is putting out heat, I don't understand please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like you may have a problem with the thermostat or maybe one of the elements have failed.

You will have to check the wiring in your range.
