How long did you unplug it? It's best to unplug it for at least an hour. Otherwise, it sounds to me like you've taken all the right steps. The owners manual may give some additional information, but it sounds to me like you will have to call a technician.

Hey for every one who wants to know how i ended up fixing it.....the door was unhinged when i brought it back from storage so i put it back on.. it was tough but i did it. once i got it back on what the problem was that the hinge that slid into the door was not pushing the lever on the inside.. i just undid the side of the oven and realized that when the door is shut (on the right) there is a lever that the hinge should push that tells the oven the door is shut... so i just bent the hinge a tad so that it wasn't missing that lever when the door was shut...put the side back on and left the oven unplugged for at least five minutes.. when i plugged it back in set the clock...click click click the door unlocked....sometimes if we are just patient we won't have to spend all that money of a repair guy for such a small problem....now i have to figure out why my fridge is acting up LOL hope this helps someone else. people should reply when they find the problem cause alot of threads are not done because either no one answered or they figured the problem out and didn't post it.....
