Default Oven and stove top don't work, but lights and clock do
Brand: Crosley
Age: More than 10 years

My son has a Crosley electric stove in his house. Last week, both the burners and the over stopped working, however, the clock and oven light do work. Just curious what might have caused the entire appliance to stop working other than just those two previously mentioned. Is there a fuse inside the stove somewhere that would cause all the elements to stop working or will a bad thermostat cause those elements to not come on at all?

Thanks for your help.

Check to see if you have 240 volts at the wall outlet.

If you do check the wiring in the range it sound like a wire may have burnt off.

Can you please supply his model number?

He will find it on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes on a tag with the serial number.
