when the oven is turned on to bake, its lights up, then temp setting is displayed, but after about 10 seconds it shuts off by istself, possible breaker/relay?, and can you replace just one?

If the relay is a part of the clock the complete clock will have to be replaced.

If your timer is a digital are there any codes in the display.

the timer is digital, the one thing i did notice, i was looking at what appeared to be a relay board in the bottom right hand side, i had my mother turn the oven to bake, and noticed one of the little boxes flashing inside right before it shut off

Your clock will have to be replaced.

is there a way to tell if its the clock for sure or the relay circuit board, i would just like to make sure before i spend double the money for the new clock.

Check the resistance of the oven sensor.

It should read 1100 ohms at a room temperature of 75 degrees.

It may not be the clock or relay board.

Is there a code being displayed in the display.
