Default Oven shuts down in 30 secs no codes
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: s176w
Age: More than 10 years

this electronically controlled JennAir electric range with downdraft is about 15 years old. Within the last several months, a malunction code, F4 appeared and I replaced the oven sensor and harness. It seemed to fix the problem, but now, although the oven controls are working and the oven seems to follow the instructions, within about 30 seconds, the oven shuts down. This is true for convection and regular baking as well as broiling funcitions. Could it be the electronic clock assembly? I hope so because I already ordered it. And could there be some other replacement necessary?
And finally, where do I find instructions on how to remove and replace the electronic clock assembly? Thanks for your help.

It could be the clock or something in the wiring.

Before you start unplug your range.

Put the oven rack to the highest position and lay a towel across the rack to protect the console.

To access the clock remove the screws that hold the console in place.

Lay the console on the rack.

There should be screws holding the clock in place.

Make sure that the harness is plugged in to the clock.
